InkBridge Networks - A new name for Network RADIUS

About Us

Learn about our background as network access architects.

Our Story

It's a bold statement to say, "We Authenticate the Internet". But when you've created the world's most widely used RADIUS server, it's not hyperbole - it's fact.

In 1999, our founder Alan DeKok created FreeRADIUS. Today, it authenticates, authorizes, and accounts for more systems than all other RADIUS servers combined, serving hundreds of millions of users worldwide daily.

At InkBridge, we're a compact team of fiercely independent network access architects and engineers. When it comes to RADIUS, we don't just know it - we wrote the book on it. But we understand that enterprise-grade networks demand more. That's why we've developed a suite of products that extend FreeRADIUS's capabilities with advanced monitoring, configuration, reporting, and automated multi-site management.

Our expertise spans critical network protocols - DHCPv4, DHCPv6, TACACS+, and DNS - delivering comprehensive, low-risk solutions that simply work. In 2024, we evolved from Network RADIUS to InkBridge Networks, reflecting our expanded capabilities while maintaining our commitment to building the foundational technologies that keep the internet running.

Through our active participation in international standards organizations, we're not just following protocols - we're helping create them. Our systems are the backbone of ISPs, universities, global enterprises, and cloud identity providers, handling everything from traffic surges to network accounting for millions of users.

Partner with us, and you'll build a network foundation so robust, you can focus on your business, not your infrastructure. Because when we say we authenticate the internet, we mean it.
